EAP

The English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program is an integrated skills program designed for basic to intermediate English students who need to develop their academic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills. Studying in this program will give you the skills and the confidence you need to succeed in an academic setting and understand the North American classroom culture you’ll find in your school.

Course Description

EAP Program

The EAP courses will give you the necessary English language skills you need to avoid repeating mistakes while working on your school assignments and projects. Our learning materials will boost your confidence in writing, speaking, reading, and listening in English. Work with our experienced EAP instructors, and achieve learning success you deserve without allowing any language barrier to be in your way.

EAP courses are for:

• Students who have been accepted into a secondary school but are still taking ELL/ESL

• Students who have been accepted into a university but do not meet English language requirements

EAP Level 1

This level is designed for those whose English proficiency level is basic or equivalent to IELTS Band 4.

EAP Level 2

This level is designed for those whose English proficiency level is intermediate or equivalent to IELTS Band 5.

EAP Level 3

This level is designed for those whose English proficiency level is upper-intermediate or equivalent to IELTS Band 6.
